The 60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to judge VitalMen Supply by how you feel, not by a marketing claim. That is why every product is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not genuinely satisfied within 60 days of your purchase date, we will refund the product price — even if the bottle is empty.

How to start a return (RMA)

1. Email support@vitalmensupply.site with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship back what is left, even an empty bottle. Keep your tracking number.
4. Once we receive it, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Please do not send returns without an RMA number, as they can be difficult to match to your order.

Refund details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• We refund the full product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Exchanges

Want to switch to a different formula? The simplest path is to place a new order for the product you want and request a refund on the original under the guarantee above. If you would like help choosing, email us and we will point you to the right fit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you — including return shipping.

Subscriptions

If you are on a subscription, you can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future charges; the 60-day guarantee above still applies to shipments you have already received.
